Noisy & Pricey

I don't recommend. The walls are thin, so we can hear our neighbors. Traffic noise is constant. They automatically charge you for cable TV, and trash valet! These fees are too much.

Also, rent keeps going up. They sock you with unexpected insurance fees, even though I already have coverage. Parking lots are unkept.

Free Rent for the rest of my life

My daughter and her family lived in Pebble Creek Apts. for a couple of years, and they loved it. There was plenty of space for them, it had a washer and dryer in the unit, which was a plus (they have two children), the amenities were great; maintenance, concierge, ample parking and garages. The grounds were always maintained, eve doing the winter months, I think it's a beautiful place to live, I was very impressed, I'm looking to move into them myself the beginning of the year 2016. Pebble… Creek, keep up the good work.
