Scam Artist Landlord

Do not trust this place. The landlord says whatever you want to hear until you sign, then disappears. Took my full deposit for “damaged blinds” that were broken when I moved in. Hallways reek, appliances are prehistoric, and nothing gets fixed unless you threaten legal action. You’ve been warned.

Comfortable and quiet

I was looking for a quiet and comfortable place to call home. Heather helped me through the entire process because I was new at this. She took time to go over all the paperwork, gave me a tour where everything was she had my apartment cleaned and ready to go on move-in day. The owner is on site a lot checking on things and is very friendly and helpful. The building itself is beautiful and I enjoy all of the amenities that comes with it including new washers and dryers swimming pool and fitness… center. I’m glad to call this place home!

The landlord kept deposit for normal wear and tear

The AC units are constantly breaking down. The washers and dryers constantly break down and occasionally start fires. There’s only one person working maintenance. If there’s not there, it’s not getting done. In short. Any other apartment complex but this one.

DO NOT BE FOOLED! If you’re looking for a place - I DO NOT recommend Glen Eagles Apt's. for many reasons that have been stated in other reviews as well. They are over priced, Management Lies on his word, The apt's. are out dated, Hallways never cleaned and it smells.Laundry is small washers & dryers, Cost is $2.10 each load- will not get your clothes cleaned or dried on the first time. Landlord advertises they are 'in unit'however this is a lie. Mail boxes are so small. If you have a big… package good luck getting it. Also he is advertising the Country Club pool, not the one you actually have access to. Parking in fact wasn’t convenient , to far from the doors to bring in your groceries or other things you need to bring in.The #1 complaint I have with Glen Eagles apt's. is the FIRST FLOOR ALWAYS FLOODS!! He MAKES you get renters insuramce for that readon alone, he will not tell you the reason but you will shortly realize it. management and making tenants who are moving out pay to have their Carpets professionally cleaned, (mine had to be cleaned when i moved in ONLY after I asked for iy. They do not just do this) and an endless list. Picture (if i can post it) is what my sink looked like CONSTANTLY, you knew it was about to flood when you saw that. & this is your neighbors backwater. ?? not yours.

Simply Amazing

Onsite maintenance - which I think is great for if I have an emergency. Building is kept clean and well maintained! Professional landscaper comes in the summertime. Close to shopping. I've seen pets on the first floor, but never had any issues with noise. And contrary to another review, I've never once seen any bugs. My kitchen is updated and my carpet is newer. Utility cost varies depending on the weather. All in all I'm happy to be living right on a golf course for such a reasonable… cost.
