I recently toured this property because I visited the website and it looked beautiful!
Well, let me tell you the inside of the apartment absolutely looks nothing like the photos posted online — shame on you for using AI
Walking into the unit, the first thing you noticed is the horrible smell.
The apartment was damp and smelled very musty, the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned before.
I asked where the washer dryer hook up was and she told me there was none even though I told her the... website claims there is.
I don’t know who constructed the ad, but it should be illegal. I assume all the five star reviews are fake as well.

Just because you changed your name from Ashwood apartments to Ashwood townhouses doesn't change the fact that this is a lousy place to live! Anyone looking to rent from here should do some research for Ashwood apartments, nothing but bad reviews. Very poor maintenance, that's if you can get ahold of the office. I locked myself out about 4 months ago and called and called, nobody answered and I left a message. 5 hours later I still had not heard anything back, I finally got ahold of the... manager from the neighboring apartment complex, and she had her maintenance people come over with a ladder so I could get on my patio and go through my patio door. I since moved out a month ago right after one of the neighbors kids started a fire in the stairwell. It must have been raining that night because of all the roof leaks put it out. I have nothing good to say and I would NOT recommend this place. Oh and by the way, a townhouse is a two story building, not a single floor apartment. Shop around, there are better apartments in Vermillion!!
