Beautiful Property!!

Property is very well maintained, leasing was very helpful in picking our unit and the office staff was very friendly. I highly recommend these apartments. There is a very nice fitness room, pool that we are excited to use, a playground for my kids, and a movie theater!

Amazing!

I have lived here for 5 years now, and I love this property. It is very beautiful, my neighbors are great, and current management has done a lot within the past couple of years to beautify the property. I will be signing a new lease agreement starting in May and hope to be here for at least another 5 years!

Dirty

cockroaches!!! i moved her a couple months ago and the first day i was here there was 5 roaches!! office people were trying to cover it up until I saw more.

Great place to live!

River Run is a beautiful property, and the units are very well kept. The current management is strict, and you can tell it has helped keep out the bad seeds compared to the old management that let anybody live here. The current maintenance staff has been great! I love my home of 5 years here!

Do NOT live here

If you are considering living here, please don't leave anything valuable. Don't order something expensive online. The property manager will not help or protect you.
Your carpet will be damp, there will be molds, and you will be sick. Your packages will be missing and your belongings will be stolen, sometimes by the maintenance.
Please find a better place for you and your loved ones.
