Tenant for 4 years

INCREDIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! Amazing location, nicely sized town homes with attached garages, and the four lakes on the property are just some of the incredible things we loved about living here for 4 years. Tim is the best property manager I have ever had the chance to rent from, the man is incredibly kind but will go to war for his tenants. Especially if you treat the property, the employees, and your neighbors with respect. The maintenance staff are all super experienced and are quick to fix… any issues. Most of the people living there are amazing neighbors to be around as well. They aren't the most updated homes, but they are built well and you wont hear your neighbors, at least in our townhouse. Consider living here for your next home!!!

Worst rental ever

The staff is rude, the place is outdated with appliances that are over 20 years. NOT a safe place for kids! Way overpriced and you will be charged late fees for paying rent on time- you will have to call on a monthly basis to have this adjusted.

Looking good

I found the apartment complex attractive and well maintained. The unit was very spacious and had a great deal of cabinet/closet space. The location is convenient for shopping.

Above the Rest

I was looking for a newer apartment community. The Lakes was very clean and quiet. The actual lake and grounds were very well kept. Yet I needed a carport and ranch style apartment with a garage.

Good but over priced

Great location, Great Maintenance Department, Good First Lease price (but will increase price with lame reasons) The office staff was better a year ago but now it is hard to get someone to follow up with you. Pool is packed with kids and extra guest using the amenities
