We have 2 styles of 1bed/1bath:

Wonderful place to live

Being new to Westerville, we were so lucky to find such a wonderful place to live. The area is quiet and close to every amenity you could think of. I couldn’t think of a better location. The clubhouse is very nice with exercise equipment and a pool. They even have a room you can reserve for parties. The grounds are well maintained. Management was very responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay. I’d recommend living in Ashton Village to anyone who was looking. We loved our stay.

Well made and taken care of!

I lived at Ashton Village for two years, it was a great safe, friendly environment for me while in a transitional season of my life. The staff, the grounds, pool and facilities were exceptional. Convenient location too! Highly recommend.

Terrific place to live

I have lived at Ashton Village for four years and love it! There are first and second floor apartments, and the area around them are nicely landscaped. It is located conveniently to grocery stores, drug stores, many businesses, and restaurants. The property is always clean and nicely cared for. The neighbors are very quiet and friendly. The manager is extremely easy to work with and quite helpful and professional.
Anytime there has been a maintenance issue, the maintenance man has taken care of… it promptly. I would highly recommend Ashton Village Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in Westerville.

MUST LIVE HERE

My fiancé and I just bought a condo and were extremely sad to say goodbye to Ashton Village. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The apartments are clean, everyone who lives there is extremely nice. It is also nice and quiet. You cannot hear a peep through the walls whatsoever and everyone is very respectful about not being loud at crazy hours of the night. It truly is a community and the owner and staff treat everyone like family. The location is also amazing. You can walk to… uptown Westerville, there are parks within walking distance, as well as the bike/running path that runs all throughout Westerville. We loved living here while we did and were very sad when we left. I truly would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move to Westerville.

Wonderful!

Ashton Village was a great place to live! Friendly residents and management. Property is very clean and quiet. Maintenance is accommodating and thorough. I highly recommend living here! I will miss it!
