Great place to live and great management

I lived at Westown Gardens Apartments for 5 years, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Ildi and her husband are top-notch managers—always prompt and professional in handling any issues that came up. Their responsiveness and care made a huge difference in my stay.

The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Great Northern Mall, Crocker Park, and countless great restaurants. While many places in Westlake charge an arm and a leg, Westown Gardens is far more affordable without… sacrificing quality.

The community is quiet and friendly, and I always felt welcome. After checking out many options in the area, I can honestly say you won’t find better value and management. Highly recommend!

Very bad place to live

I was living there at 27275 it was bad experience very bad management the apartment itself not clean and it has mice and if apartments.com got the option to upload photos I be uploading by now very bad place to rent it’s not worth the money .

convenient location and friendly manager

27243 Westown Garden Apartments has met our preference as affordable for a resident and location closed to hospital. Before moving, a manager, Ilid has provided many useful information. She is a realizable and friendly. Hope we can move back to Cleveland soon. If so, Westown Garden Apartment will be on the top of my list for moving.

Affordable in Westlake

Ildi and her husband, top notch, prompt responses to any issues throughout my 5 years there. Close to Great Northern, close to Crocker Park, and so many restaurants for dining. Most westlake places charge an arm and a leg because of the location, Westwoods way more affordable. Quiet friendly neighbors made my stay very welcome. No complaints when you shop around the area.

Good manager, nice place to live

Lived here with my boyfriend and cat from 2019-2023. The manager, Ildi, is very kind, quickly responds to problems, and works hard with her husband to keep the place in good shape. They both live on-site, which is very helpful if any issues arise. The community is safe and people are generally quiet and respectful of each other. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend or family member!
