Mapleview Terrace Apartments is an apartment community in Zanesville, OH
Not the best maintenance, they only changed furnace filter once a year. They don't fix the washers or dryers when they tare up. They leave them sit around for looks. They walk around staring in windows. Poor lighting outside on Brandywine Place. They put someone on trespassing list for heresay, but when someone broke the law and did damage to their property their still running free, no charges filed, didn't get put on trespassing list. Tub leaks underneath its gonna end up falling through. They... don't care.
