Quiet & Clean...except for if you live above a garage you hear the noisy garage door opening & closing then the car owner lock their car until it honk to confirm its locked...
Management is very responsive re any needs they have their act together re schedule of maintenance...the place is very well maintained..

If someone lives above you, you can hear every foot step.

Mgt said there is nothing that can be done and that just the way it is. Rather than asking people to be considerate of other people.

I work from home and noise is a constant issue and distraction.

We have been so grateful for this wonderful community. It's very quiet, well maintained, and tranquil grounds invite you outside to enjoy the scenery. We were in a three-bedroom upstairs and enjoyed having a great balcony with storage. I loved that the rooms were split so that the Master room is private from the others. Ample storage, great layout and everyone that works here was helpful to us out of towners, and friendly too. There is a quaint little pond in the front with a few turtles and… some blue gill. The pool is not usually crowded. The gym is always clean and never crowded. Really could not find a bad thing to say if I tried. Read More
