If you can help it, don’t live here.

Security around here is pretty much non existent. None of the gates on my side of the complex lock. i’ve dealt with homeless addicts screaming nonsense outside my window more times than i can count.

It's ALWAYS something......

Since the day we moved in, it's been one thing after another. They go through office staff like most people go through groceries. They've been through 3 different mgt companies, each one more lazy and inept as the last. From electric problems and waste water flooding in the apartment, to damage from their repair men and roaches AND BEDBUGS. Currently, the fireplace is "broken". Has been since we moved in in Jan 2020. The damper rod isn't connected to the damper handle. It allows air to enter my… apartment, making my electric bill ASTRONOMICAL. Stay away from this place, you'll save money on Aleve. ??

It's ALWAYS something.....

As soon as one thing gets "taken care of", something else messes up. Currently (and for the entire 2 years that we've lived here) the fireplace is "broken". The damper rod isn't connected to the damper handle and there is air coming into my apartment making my electric bill ASTRONOMICAL. They don't care. They never have. They've gone through several mgt companies and the office is a hilarious revolving door or ineptitude. Save yourself the headache and just live elsewhere. I will be next year.

Infested, lazy, horrible.

Disgusting, infested, maintenance is lazy my best friend has been living with a broken AC all summer and just gave birth they’ve been waiting to get approved for a new unit for over 2 months still no word the “new management” is just as bad as the old one. Also in a horrible neighborhood if you have kids do not move here. If you can help it don’t move here at all.

Smell the country air and enjoy the sounds of this apartment

If you love the country, the fresh air, and living near a lake, one would love this apartment complex. They are friendly, and always looking for the best tenants to live in the apartments. If there is an issue, they try to resolve it to the best of their abilities and try to make this the best place possible. From the office staff, to the maintenance place, to the Property management, service is their key to making this the most awesome place ever. Many of the maintenance personal and… Property management live on the premises along with the tenants! If there was any downside it would be some of upstairs neighbors do not understand there are individuals under them but this is sometimes the case no matter where one goes.
