Helpful Office Staff

There's been a fairly recent replacement in our office staff and I have to say Cudoos to the hireing of CeCe our newest front office member! This young lady has gone above and beyond her duties. At times I have been overwhelmed with personal matters that needed immediate assistance and she has been wonderful in providing support and added calming support. Thank you CeCe you really make a difference! Welcome to Hickory Grove!

Home Sweet Home

I’ve lived here almost 6years now with my son and we’ve never had any issues. It’s very quiet, neighbors are friendly and the office staff + maintenance are always extremely helpful when it comes to needing anything. They have done a lot of work in these apartments to improve them and it shows. Thank you! …Happy Tenants!

Cockroaches and filth

This place is absolutely disgusting. They advertise it as “luxury” living...sure, if you love cockroaches. If you bring anything to their attention, they tell you that you’re lying and that it is perfectly habitable. There is almost a full half inch gap around my door. A two bedroom unit has only two windows...God forbid there was a fire, it takes two people to open one window. How is that remotely safe? Not to mention the mold, chemicals, cigarette smokers, and the fact that this particular… building has a BAD foundation with evidence all over the unit and outside.

DO NOT make the same mistake that I did...save your health, don’t move here
