Lipstick on a pig

The other reviews suggesting that it is a slick sales pitch followed up by poor property management is true. Deferred maintenance until they are inspected. Ever rising rent. No communication since the phone is never answered. Mold, leaks and more. Don’t be fooled by the mowed grass, that is probably the only thing maintained.

We moved to creekside village almost 3 yrs ago. We have been very happy with our apt and plan on staying for a long time we love it here. Melissa the office manager is very helpful with things that need repaired with as much as the owners will allow but all in all we love it here

DON’T BE TAKEN IN BY THE SALES PITCH

Once you’re in, they’re done with you except to collect the rent. Forget maintenance. The place is falling apart. Look closely; it’s a facade.

AMAZING

I went in today for a tour and I have to tell you a LOVE this place! The minute you walk in you feel like you are home. Staff was very informative and helpful. With it being Affordable Housing I wasn't sure I would qualify but the manager walked me right through it and was very knowledgeable about the program. I came in on a day when about a dozen ladies were playing cards in the clubroom and every single one of the introduced themselves to and even invite me to sit and play! I cannot wait to… move in!!

I have called to check on availability and requested an application 5 times and have never heard back from anyone. I really want to move into these apartments. They are very nice and a perfect location.
