Villas at Stonebridge

Noisy I love my apartment, wish I could install a living room ceiling fan but, overall my apartment is great. I just semi retired so I’m home a lot more. I have two or three 11 year old boys that live directly above me and the running and stomping is relentless. The children in this complex need a place to play. You have accommodations for pets but not children. Doesn’t make sense.
Back to the ceiling fan: I was told my apartment does not have the support for a ceiling fan. I’m on the... bottom floor with two units above me. Doesn’t make sense. Sincerely,

I strongly encourage anyone considering Villas at Stonebridge to do thorough research before signing a lease.

After living here and reading through other reviews, I’ve noticed a pattern of concerns that match my own experience. Several residents have mentioned inconsistent communication, misinformation from the office, and feeling dismissed when raising legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, I experienced the same thing.

In my case, when I brought up specific issues, I was met with responses that... felt dismissive and, at times, manipulative. I was told things that directly contradicted previous conversations, and when I questioned it, the situation was reframed in a way that made me feel like I had misunderstood — even though I had documentation. It felt like gaslighting rather than problem-solving.

Other recurring complaints I’ve seen (and experienced) include:

Inconsistent information about policies and fees

Poor communication from the leasing office

Concerns not being taken seriously

A lack of accountability when mistakes are made

My advice to anyone considering this complex: document everything. Communicate through email whenever possible, save all correspondence, and get every agreement in writing. Read your lease carefully and don’t rely solely on verbal explanations.

While the property itself may look appealing, the management experience can significantly impact your quality of living. We deserve transparency, professionalism, and respect — and that was not my experience here. Good luck.

This is a very quiet and safe place to live and the office people are great and maintance is quick and very nice this place is a 10.

Its exactly what the title says. I have never loved living in an apartment complex so much. They always clean the outside of the apartments, keep up to date on our air filters, and fix whatever problems come up. I absolutely love living here. It makes everything feel at home, even though home in all reality is so far away.

I've been renting apartments across OKC for 10 years and this was my best decision yet because it is always so quiet and peaceful here. Everyone that lives here are obviously working people because there is a mutual respect for peace and tranquillity. It is an awesome place to live, especially if you seek a place to rest and relax without the noise that comes with apartment home living.
