My daughter and I used to live there. There is no one in the office hardly. There's no maintenance. The grass never gets mowed when it needs to. They've had three cut off notices for the water. The outside lights in the parking lot do not work a lot. Some of the apartments are roach infested.

No one is not duty upon residents needing to pay rent. Drop box is not a solution due to no one on duty for immediate processing. Constant late charges being charged because no on is there. Raising rent to high. It's not affordable.
