New owners only care about money
When I moved in, the place was a mess. I told the new owner that, and she didn’t care. I told them several times that my dishwasher was broken, and they never cared to fix it. I just moved out and they decided to charge me for it. I cleaned RIGHT in front of the owner and she yelled and told me it wasn't good enough and that she is going to charge me to have the place professionally cleaned. She refused to give full deposit back and told me she was going to write a check for remainder of deposit... so she never had to talk to me again. HORRIBLE customer service. I would NEVER recommend to anyone. Not even to my greatest enemy.
