Loved living here

I’ve honestly have had such a great experience living at this community. I’ve always worked with Kayla and she is great to work with and has always been very knowledgeable and helpful, the whole office staff as a whole, they’ve always handled everything so well I really appreciate them. Also, Maintenance has always been fast and professional, the grounds are always kept clean, and most importantly I have always felt safe living here!

Best Place I've Lived!

I have lived here for 1-½ years and plan on continuing. Every thing has exceeded my expectations. Along with the beautiful grounds and excellent upkeep, my apartment was exactly how I had hoped when I moved in. Clean, well taken care of, fresh paint, new carpet, cabinets were completely clean on the inside... just everything was wonderful! They do quarterly bug extermination in your apartment, semi-annual power washing through the entryways, they make sure to keep the grounds clear of ice during... the winter, and the lawns well maintained and free of pet waste. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and courteous. The staff are great and they plan fun events and giveaways. I have wonderful neighbors! Even the utilities is a win-win for me (low set price for water that you pay with your rent, and my OG&E bill has been better than I ever anticipated). I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about this place. I live on the second floor and I have never had a problem with a neighbor above or below me. Also, parking has never been a problem. A big thank you to the entire staff and management!!!

Your New Home

I lived here for several years and never had a problem. The maintenance people were always so friendly and quick to respond to any issue I had. All the amenities are worth what you pay for. Also, a quiet neighborhood that was nice to take a stroll through. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live in this area.

Home Sweet Home...

I am going on my fourth year here has a resident. The management and maintenance staff are like family to me. They are always watching out for you and making sure that if they can do anything for you, they will. The grounds are well taking care of and clean. I live by myself, and they are always checking in on me to make sure I'm alright. I've called on one or two occasions to check on my apartment to make sure my garage doors down. I have locked myself out of my apartment and they were there... with in minutes to Let me it. I would highly recommend this place to live.Thanks...
