Avalon of Lawton

Never broken Roaches galore and the building needs to be condemned. The place is now called Avalon at lawton and is run by new management. I rented an apartment in October last year that they claimed were remodeling (had tools and stuff inside went I looked at the unit) when I moved in they didn't do anything they claimed they were doing and gave it to me when the exact same as when I looked at it.

I currently reside at Sky Apartments and have since July 2023. The management is of very little assistance. Dishwasher still does not work and I still have a leaking kitchen sink.

I had two apartments before I moved to this one. This is The worse apartment experience I ever had. The oven and stove are super old. My stove caught on fire twice since I been here. A tree fell down in front of my apartment covering the parking lot, it took them two months before removing the branches. My kitchen sink leaked into my living room making it smell like mildew. My AC went out during the summer for two weeks. My heat went out during the winter for a month. If you are ever late on… rent for whatever reason they are quick to get the laws involved. This the absolute worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. This unit has shifty brown carpet that smells of a cat. The cabinets in both the kitchen and bathroom are a crappy old brown that should have been replaced at least 10 years ago. There's no gd storage and these units are infested with roaches and other disgusting bugs.
