Apartment 1916

I have been living at the Legend Park apartments for 1 year now and it is safe to say my experience has been nothing but great. When i was moving in, the only available option was apartment 1916 which is located on the newer side and my experience has been amazing so far. Everything is remodeled and nice looking. Ms. Caela at the leasing office has helped me throughout the process and she has been very friendly. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a place in… this area. Finally, east side of town is safer and quieter than other sides of Lawton, so yeah, Legend Park is way to go!

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Terrible management, fees left and right, they WILL enter your apartment without 24 hours notice. Way too expensive for what it is.

Great safe environment, lots of parking! Friendly staff that will answer all questions or concerns you may have about your apartment. Beautiful outdoor walking path, and gorgeous pools!

Living here has been a great experience, the neighborhood is safe and I feel safe for once. Not only is the gated community great but the pools and clubhouse are awesome.

its a good place to live!

Lately, there was a temporary delay in maintenance due to a shortage of staff. However, I have observed that in the past few weeks, they have resumed their regular operations. The gates were down because of a part malfunction, as explained by Jessica, the Property Manager, who was very understanding of my safety concerns. She assured me that the problem will be addressed promptly, acknowledging that electronics can sometimes malfunction. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I… appreciate the complimentary breakfast they provide on weekends. The pools are consistently clean, and even though they close for one day for cleaning, there is still at least one pool available, unless there is an unforeseen circumstance like glass in the pool. The hot tub is great, but it would be much better if residents respected the property that doesn't belong to them. For instance, someone broke the timer knob, and the hot tub was out of service for a brief period. Lastly, I would like to remind dog owners to clean up after their pets, as it is the responsible thing to do.
