Some apartments are unihabitable
The apartments are kind of raggedy due to poor building materials. Since remodeled windows leak water when in rains and bottom apartments get flooded. The apartment manager is always bothering tenants and inspections seem to be every other week. It's become more annoying to live within the apartments. It's more like a prison these days.
