Sheridan Square Apartments

I have lived here 4 years and just signed a new lease. The office staff and the maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. I have not experienced any problems with neighbors or the neighborhood. The pool is clean and maintain, laundry room and fitness room are also well kept.

Cheap blinds counter tops and paint over anything thats wrong they painted over mold under my sink do not sign a lease here also car break ins are so common

I have been living here for 3 years. I am very happy and sastified here. My neighbors are friendly, we look out for each other. The office staff are friendly, dedicated and very helpful. The maintenance crew are the best .... friendly, helpful , they look in on tenants to make sure they are okay , they care about the tenants . It's not a tenant and staff relationship, it's more like family . Keep up the good work guys !! You rock !!

Please save yourself the trouble and do not live here. I lived there for over a year, and have nothing good to say about it other than the maintenance staff. They were friendly and quick any time I needed them. The office staff always had a horrible attitude and scoffed when there was an issue with my apartment (which was maybe 2-3 times the whole year ). When I moved out, I took before and after pictures of EVERYTHING, but they still claimed that they cleaned something that I had clear evidence… that they did not. Now my credit score may be affected because of it. "Pet friendly" but the deposit and monthly fees are so high I couldn't have pets. There were fleas when I moved in, and I never had an animal in that apartment. I had to spray the apartment myself to get rid of them. They do nothing about noisy neighbors.
