My family and I love it here. The office manager is absolutely wonderful. So far, there have been no problems with bugs and no problems with tentants. It has been a super quiet place to live and I am glad I chose this complex..

I've lived here a year and a half and it's pretty quiet and people are friendly. The management has changed a few times but the manager now is very responsive and really seems to care about the residents. I really enjoy living here. =)

Very quiet, under new ownership as of a few months ago and they are making awesome improvements
We love the new manager
The people that live here are all nice and easy to get along with.
Any issues are always fixed promptly
And there are no issues with bugs ever!
They exterminate regularly I've never even see a spider in my apartment!
I love living here and I love that it's a quiet neighborhood and my son can walk to School.

This is the worst place to even consider for free. There are several apartments with bedbugs and foundation issues, in my apartment alone the balcony is deteriorated to the point of collapsing which is also causing my bedroom & liv RM walls to crack and pulling apart all of was brought to the attention of the new owners the Sharmas when they came more than 6 mo ago I was assured by them personally it would be fixed but still isn't. The parking lots are full of kids that are still in diapera… running out in front of cars along cars as well as on sidewalks in front of apartment screaming tearing up property with no supervision ever. Drug sells by former maintenance and manager that have criminal records and still live her causing trouble even after they were fired and they aren't the only dealers or people with criminal records. One apartment has 3 Pitt bulls and constantly have domestic altercations and constant traffic in and out, you can smell weed outside her apt and her kids are out all hours smoking cigs and weed openly. I'm aware that one of the Apts with bedbugs notified the old mgr that still lives here about bedbugs since July to only be told the owners are aware but refuse to do anything the old mgr says the owners are greedy & don't want to spend money and all of the Apts with bed bugs have small children. My wife and I will definitely be leaving now that our lease is up as will several other people who live here and are not part of the little drug click that the old manager and maintenance assembled and if any person tries to tell or as she says snitch then they make your life even more miserable. The police don't do anything even when they do show up these apartments started declining over the last few years but have reached an all time low since these new owners have bought it and I'm sure it's going to get worse.
