Love living here! I have nothing bad to say. The apartment itself is very nice, the location is great and super convenient, the pools are lovely, the staff is wonderful… zero issues with others residents. Love it here!

I love living here. The staff is friendly and kind, the apartments and grounds are beautifully maintained. My only concern (not a complaint) is the amount of cigarette smoke entering my apartment every day/night. When I realized I needed to sell my home and downsize for health reasons I knew this was the place I wanted to live. A family member who had been living here assured me they were nonsmoking and that it was stated in her lease. After being here a year I began noticing cigarette smoke in… my apartment and with each new tenant moving in above me it has increased to the point that my eyes and lungs burn and it interferes with the medications keeping my heart in rhythm. I have spent approximately $900 on air purifiers and I run them continuously. They help but not enough. I completely understand that everyone should feel free to make their personal decisions but I do feel I have had my personal decision to not smoke taken from me. I love it here and do not wish to move but I am sad that the stress on my heart that was removed by downsizing has now been increased by factors outside my control.

Again, I love being here and the staff is awesome. I truly appreciate everything you all do to make this place peaceful and beautiful.

Great place to live Mission Point is managed well and very responsible. I highly recommend them if you're looking for and higher quailty apt complex to live. It's safe, excellently maintained and managed.
I love that they are selective and have higher standards in choosing qualified applicants that adhere to the policies, responsible renters who take pride in their home.
