Great Place to Live

I have lived at the Anatole apartments for over 2 years and had 2 different apartments. Both apartments were in excellent shape for move-in, maintenance team is extremely responsive, the pool is wonderfully maintained, and the apartment management and apartment team keep us informed and are very supportive.

I plan on staying here for years.

My home at the Anatole

I would like to start by saying that I highly recommend living at the Anatole to family and friends. Having lived here for over three years, I can honestly say I do not regret calling this place home.The location is excellent, offering convenient access to shopping, entertainment, dining, I-35, and many other nearby businesses. The apartment community is well maintained and provides a comfortable living environment. The grounds and amenities are consistently kept in great condition as well.As a… dog owner, I especially appreciate the dog park and convenient pet waste stations, which are wonderful amenities for residents with pets. Whenever I have submitted a maintenance request, it has been addressed promptly and to my satisfaction.The management and leasing staff are professional, courteous, and extremely accommodating. They have always been welcoming not only to me and my pup but also to other residents I have seen them interact with.After more than three years of living here, I can confidently say that I truly enjoy being part of this community. The Anatole has been a great place to call home, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment community. Aaron

Do not rent here

The place looks nice, but in reality it was struck by a tornado during development and was constructed cheaply. You will hear all kinds of creaks and noises. It is a place for Texas kids to live while they go to OU. Whatever reviews you see online are written by the staff.
