Messy
When I moved into the apartments, I was shown the model apartment. I thought it looked really nice and well maintained, so you can imagine my disappointment when I moved into my apartment. Not only was I not allowed to see my apartment until the day I moved in, my move-in date was pushed back twice. When I went to use my appliances in my apartment, they did not work. They had not cleaned the appliances since the last tenants moved out and they were disgusting, this included mold and maggots. I... reported my maintenance requests to the main office and they still have not fixed all of my appliances 8 months later. I am still required to pay my full rent. The management here is only concerned about how much money they can make and not the quality of life for their residents. The price for these apartments is not worth it, but maybe it would be if management stepped up and actually did their job.

amazing!
Really great property renovations look great! I did a tour with Courtney I think she was very patient and kind. we have our 2 under 2 with us screaming and crying. she offered snacks and juice, which is something I haven't encountered yet touring it was nice . while looking around the property, she also made sure the girls felt included as well! 10 out of 10 experience we will absolutely be moving in coming July.

I do not recommend to anyone.
Moving in, I was greeted with all of my appliances not working. It took them 7 months to come and fix them. My apartment has flooded twice, the people who live in the complex are as sketchy as can be, and the management just does not seem to care. The pictures shown on this website are of the model unit. Every other unit looks nothing like the models and let's just say they look sadder than any other apartments I have ever seen (I have friends who have a unit here too). This is my first... apartment, because I just graduated last year, and I would not recommend these to anyone.
