Cockroaches Filth and Unresponsive Management

Entire place is filthy, full of bugs, and taking apart.
Mold, bugs, dog poop, GROSS.

Crappy

Crappy management doesn’t even have play ground the valley ball court is a big litter box nothing updated besides the office of course built in 1940 still same tubs just years of resurfacing the bums everywhere can’t keep good people in the office

LOVE LOVE LOVE

I have been here going on 4 years and will not leave. Love them, management always there for me, if i have a maintenance request its fulfilled the same day. Easy app for rent and any kind of request. and the Management always going out of there way to do fun things with the Emerald green's community and two laundry mats!! Pool fantastic and soo close to so many great things! 5 stars would do 100 stars if i could !

Worst place to live

They never fixed anything without bugging them to death. Our ac was out 2 different times while we lived there. The first time it took over a year to replace. Our kitchen sink clogged up and stopped working, it took them a month to fix. They did “mandatory” inspections all the time. Just want to be in peoples business. They came into my apartment, unannounced, and put my emotional support cats into a tiny cardboard box, tapped it shut and were going to take them to a shelter. Water was out for… over 3 weeks due to the ice storm and there was no way to shower, flush toilets or do dishes. This place keeps changing management, who promise to make changes but never do. We had roaches so horribly while we lived here and got bed bugs twice. The second time, management blamed us for getting them and charged us $350. DO NOT rent from here.
