I moved in on the first of march and stacey is doing a great job keeping everyone up to date on all our new features. She also makes move ins easier and is keeping the property up to date. Making our community looking good and a nice friendly quiet place to live at. This is the perfect place to be!!! Everyone is nice and management is wonderful. I love my apartment its updated and beautiful...

I’ve lived here at Camden Oaks for almost 2 years now & love the large floor plan of the apartment especially for the price. Recently we received new owners that really care about the community & are doing many new renovations & the maintenance personal are awesome. They really know their stuff & they get things done efficiently & correctly the first time. I’m disabled & love living here. I feel very safe, and I love the new management & all of my neighbors are really awesome any time I need… help with something all I have to do is ask. Excellent place to call home!

Finally! A company that really does what is says it will do and are actually getting the job done! I know you all the nice renovations on the outside but just wait until you see the remodel on the inside as well this place is turning into some pretty nice apartments and now with all the extra added amentities as well like security,a brand new business center and weight room which they are currently working on now and other future upgrades to the playground area and property as whole as well..… Stacy and Meredith really know there stuff and have worked hard along with allied properties to really turn this place around and make it a safer , happier and quieter community. Come check it out you wont reget it..

The new renovations on these apartments are just wonderful. Everything is looking much better, inside and out! The new management is running these apartments with no problems.
I have been living here for 10 years and this place is finally looking great!
