Don't waste time cleaning your apartment; you will be charged $185 regardless

When my daughter arrived to move into her apartment, it was filthy. It had definitely not been cleaned when the last occupant moved out.

When my daughter moved out, we cleaned the apartment and left it in move-in condition. We were charged $185 for cleaning services. They claimed that there was dust in the room. That is true because there was always dust in the room. I don't think they ever change the air filters.

Don't waste time cleaning your apartment when you move out; you will be… charged $185 regardless. I'm sure they had charged the previous occupant $185 for nothing.

Pest control not solved We contacted because of a spider issue due to a lack of cleaning in the apartment before we came (spiderwebs all along the ceilings) and nobody ever came to clean them even though they claimed they did.

Air conditioning replaced Glad they got it replaced. AC Contractor left so much metal, screws and such a mess. Thank goodness for Hunter who helped haul that stuff away. There are still large holes in dry wall needing to be patched so it will actually cool the upstairs

AC Maintenance request Maintenance team worked to resolve broken compressor on weekend with portal unit until new compressor was installed the following workday in a very efficient timely manner. ??
