Great place close to campus

As someone who is going back and forth from main campus and wanted something off campus, it is great to be this close! I love going to the football games and the proximity to the stadium is a huge plus! The rooms are very spacious (I live with one roommate), and the rates are not as bad as other properties in the area which require 2+ roommates. Staff are super helpful and the property is clean and peaceful even being this close to campus.

Love this place

Awesome Place!

The Flats amenities and the staff absolutely make the place. Not to mention the great storage and furnishings within the units. Emily is very informative and always helpful. Could not recommend a better place!

Love my home here

I just moved in last week, and I have to say my experience here has been nothing but fantastic. I was struggling to get all my suitcases up to my apartment and one of the maintenance guys offered to help assist up the stairs. I really love the atmosphere here and the clubhouse is so cool!

Really good if you need to be close to campus

Very spacious and decent customer service, if you need to be in walking distance you can't beat it
