Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each space has a maximum occupancy limit. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. Sleepover has a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay.
