Apts In The Park

I've lived here for a couple years. There are roaches and mice even though management claims there's no problem. Getting maintenance done is like pulling teeth. Some of the staff are creepy and would stare at me from across the parking lot every time I dared to go out side. You get what you pay for, this place is not worth it.

From the people to the apts this place has been nothing but great. I was being evicted from my other apt and the people here went above and beyond for me to make sure I would not be Homeless.
Every time I see a staff member they go about their business but if you ask a question they will tell you if they know if not you will be directed to the office.
The Office people are the nicest I have met they actually listen and have make you feel like your part of a family.
I have lived here a year... and it has been the best year for me and I plan on staying here for a while because it is quiet and they are working to have a gate installed but. If your someone who needs a place to live choose apts in the park but if your sensitive and entitled grow up these people are doing their best with the worlds state. Read More

If I had a dollar for every request I've made to have broken crap fixed that was fixed, I'd have $0. These people don't fix it, the guys are constantly smoking out back, there's no work being done, the office is empty 3 days a week, this is a sad excuse for apartment complex. They planted bushes and flowers, how about upkeep for the property?? The gate worked for a month. There is 0 attention to what matters or anything. Expect mice and bugs.

Authorized personal security who watch the property disrespect tenants verbally at night. Instigating situations and irrationally acting upon such situations. Overall 1-10

Lived at this place for a year. Car was vandalized twice causing over $500 in damages. Saw other cars vandalized while I was there as well. Bugs were always rampant. Got bed bugs and it took them 3 months to get someone out there. At least 3 times there were helicopters and police searching for someone in the middle of the night. There was police on the property during the day at least once a month. Place is so dangerous that no pizza place will deliver to the complex.
