Ms Jennie was very helpful and kind. Gave us lots of details and right off the bat the energy was amazing! You can tell the ladies in the office would help and work with you as much as possible. Can’t wait to be moving in!

Do not rent here

Where to start?. When I moved in they did not paint the walls. It still had visible drywall repairs from the bedroom to the kitchen. They keep holes in the wall where piping went through instead of reparing it to keep bugs out. There are knuckles dents in the front door and fridge. The ceiling in the kitchen looks like it's one step from caving in. The maintenance rarely fully fix anything. Since moving in there has been 3 shootings and one murder near my apartment. It was never labeled as an… none smoker apartment when I applied in 2021 until the day I signed the lease before seeing the state of the apartment. Also the hours the laundromat is never the same. It's sapost to be opened at 7:30am... but I've seen it not opened until 10am. Which doesn't leave long to wash cloths if you have to be at work around noon or 1pm.

Not good

When I first moved in on 2017 the managers were great very helpful and caring. After that it seemed like there was a different office person every time I went in. It took too long to get maintenance problems worked in and if they did they only temporarily fixed never a permanent fix. There were multiple nights where we heard gunshots and once it was right out side my window. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!
