Roaches and rats and toilet flooding .. if you don’t mind your children sleeping with Mice come on down …
This place sucks I honestly think it was the people in the office that gave this place a good review .. this place has roaches and rats and pot holes

My Review of Campus Pointe
Overall I wish I could give it zero stars. I could write an entire dissertation about how awful this place is, and how I wish I had never stepped foot on the property, but I’ll narrow it down to a few points.
1. There are parts of the apartment complex that are completely pitch black because there is not security lighting.
2. Loiters are constantly around, most often at night. Cops are called quite often around here.
3. The parking lot is littered with pot holes. BAD ones. It’s like the... surface of the moon. Not to mention the actual trash people just throw on the ground.
4. Lastly, if none of that deters you, the most infuriating part of living in this apartment complex is the utter lack of communication between the management and tenants. The emergency maintenance line is a joke. They never respond to emails or voicemails. The maintenance man actually barged into my apartment (May 6, 2020) while I was asleep since I work nights. The management then tried to say I had scheduled maintenance which would have been nice to be informed of. They called me three times and then made the choice to enter my apartment without my consent. Especially since in my email I informed them I work nights and sleep during the day. I also told the maintenance man himself I go to bed at 8am-9am. Their lack of communication left me traumatized in my apartment.
I would never recommend this apartment complex to an enemy much less a friend or loved one. The management borderlines on gross negligence, and its just an awful place to live.
