Horrible Do Not Move Here

Ive dealt with mice and roaches outta this world. the management is rude and talk crazy to you they dont take their job serious.! my a/c has been out for a month and i have a 3yr old and nobody seems to think that is important!!! when i walked into the office to address the situation staff was sitting with legs crossed no even caring or wabting to acknowledge the situation.

Do not move here

Where do I start? The cockroaches? The black mold? The mice? The rude property manager Lauryn that talks down to you. She’s nice in the beginning but that changes. She has done a lot to the outside to make it look good but the inside is a whole other story. Absolutely horrible. Instead of fixing ac she puts small window units in skyrocketing your electric bill. Put in work orders and then says they’re completed and never came on multiple occasions. Plain put poor management in the office.

Best apartments on the block!

They keep it clean and quiet! The leasing staff is very professional and friendly. Any maintenance issues you have they complete in a quick timely manner. I haven’t had any pest issues since I’ve moved in. Very clean and reasonably priced complex!

DO NOT MOVE HERE

I've lived in 2 unit's and they've both had MOLD , ROACHES AND MICE. I left the first apartment to get away from the mold issue just to move in another unit wit the same issues. I don't recommend these apartments to anyone!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have been living here for a year. We currently have at least 20 tenants without A/C, owners refused to get units fixed. Instead they shoved these cheap A/C units with boards over the windows, costing tenants 3X more in electric than running their built in A/Cs. Nothing ever gets fixed, none of the parking lot lights work, or have worked for months, and every single balcony is literally rotted out just waiting to fall down.
