Great communication and fast maintenance Everyone at the front office is very nice. Maintenance responds quickly and the complex is very good about communicating things like gate/pool maintenance, painting, community events, etc.

Good Community, but Apartments Need Updating Overall, I’ve enjoyed living at Crown Pointe. The price is good for the area, and I really appreciate the Paycom employee discount and Flex payment option. I do wish the apartments were more updated and that there was another entrance, more parking, carports or garages, and parking lot cameras, especially after my car was damaged in a hit-and-run. I also had security guards come to my apartment several times late at night for a noise complaint that… wasn’t mine, but I appreciated that they took the complaint seriously and the office resolved the mix-up quickly. Maintenance is always fast and responsive, and overall it’s a good place to live for the price.
