Excellent Maintenance Crew

We have been residing in this property for over two years now and we have been residing in this property for over two years now and I am incredibly pleased with their maintenance crew since we moved in. Easy work request with a prompt response.

Overpriced !

These places have serious issues with termites, mice, old HVAC units, flooding, and major roof problems. Roof leaks have done damage to my apartment 3 times. Maintenance is incompetent, management is greedy & unfriendly. They charge way above market rates for old, outdated buildings badly in need of major repairs. You’ll be very sorry if you move here. (If you DO move on here, buy renters insurance to protect your stuff!)

We always try to take care of our residents by completing Service Requests within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, some more serious issues, take longer to complete.
Most of our apartments have... brand new HVAC units and I would like to assure you that we don't have mice or termites problems.

Excellent place to live

We have lived here for almost 5 years, we love it. Great location, beautiful grounds, good floor plans to choose from, and it's quite and friendly. We have some owner problems in the past, but new owners are really making some wonderful changes. Maintenance is very timely and correct. Communication between management and residence is excellent.
Come home to Garden Gate, you will be very glad you did.

Great Place To Live!

These apartments are a great place to live. The floor plans are spacious and the grounds are well maintained. Management is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend living at Garden Gate to anyone in the OKC area!
