What can I say about Hudson? My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I have nothing negative to say about the new company management and staff. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and at home. For instance, they recently improved the parking lot, making it not only more accessible but also safer for everyone. Since I moved in back in 2024, I have witnessed their commitment to maintaining a thriving community. Their attention to detail and... dedication to residents' needs make this apartment complex feel like a proper home. I feel grateful to be a part of this community. The application process is straightforward and hassle-free. The primary requirements include your proof of income and identification documents, which help verify your eligibility. Along with these, there's a nominal application fee of $50. Overall, it's a simple and efficient procedure that doesn't require too much effort on your part.

Rude & incompetent staff
Called this place about renting a furnished apartment, site says several units available but girl who answered the phone seemed awfully loopy about everything from availability to price...she struggled with giving out simple info. Eother that or she just flat out didn't want to be bothered with doing her job answering questions or sending application to email.

Warren House Apts.
I have lived in my current apartment for 9 years, and have been very satisfied. I have had a couple of problems over the years, the maintenance staff handle them promptly and efficiently. The apartment is close to markets, restaurants, with easy access to all major roads in northwest Oklahoma city. There is a very nice swimming pool. Since I am retired this has been very convenient for me and the rent is reasonable.

I don't recommend this place
Very poorly managed and maintained. Broken windows and glass throughout the property, no lights in parking area, insufficient parking spaces, no safe play areas for children, grounds not maintained, slow to no maintenance, high turnover of both tenants and management, irregular office hours.
