I've been living here for 5 going on 6 years and I've got to say that the service I have received had been amazing. Summer, Natasha, and Jan in the front office are extremely polite and have gone above and beyond helping me manage and transfer to a different apartment unit. As well as beimg extremely professional, polite, and patient with me while I ask questions and work through the entire process.

I already typed it out but it deleted it. Summary is this place sucks. My ac went out was out for a month and a half at least (I have the dates from both times) in the middle of the summer 6/5-6/7 the first time then 6/14. They also didn’t change my kitchen light (I just asked for the bulb and they said no) they didn’t change my garbage disposal for at least 2 years

The worst!! It is better to pay extra and live somewhere else. I lived here for 2 years and 2 months. The new management took over 1.5 years in. They disregarded our move-in fee. When I moved out, they charged us for various things including cleaning. After 2.5 years how can they expect everything to stay new? When asked to consider giving us a discount, they told me to go stay at apartment where they do not charge you. While living, the pesticides problem, pet waste in front of your door,... shooting two times and every week 1/2 instances of disturbances and police coming in. The office people do not communicate with each other, every person there says different things and blame each other. Great value for the price. Lots of good updates happening and the office staff are really nice and maintenance gets work orders done quickly.

Have lived here for over 22 months, the staff is excellent. However, the new owner Rait, has made it difficult to stay because of rent, utility, and insurance increases. Wonderful location, central and near almost everything. I have a beautiful view, really hate to leave, but money is definitely a factor.
