I love my apartment! It is freshly painted, everything works great, and is updated. Pest controll and AC/HEAT filters in the units are replaced on a regular schedule. They are on point if and when a request for any maintenance is needed, by the very next day. I am very proud of my apartment! When I have company, they can't believe it is a OHFA apartment complex. Management is not only professional, friendly, efficient and honest, they are very helpful and easy to deal with too. This complex is… safe, quiet, clean, and family friendly. I would give it 10 stars If there was a tenth star selection. I most definitely would recommend RED BUD LANDING APARTMENTS to friends and family if there were any vacancy's. If i could give zero stars I would. Section 8 resident here. Went through the whole application and inspection process. They had to spray for roaches after the first inspection. OHFA approved them after the second inspection, signed papers, and went back the next day to start moving in. Found roaches. Told management and left for the day. Never moved our stuff in because every single time we went over there, we found roaches. Manager kept insisting that they were gonna spray. I have… bags of roaches from 3 different times in a 5 week time period that we found them at the apartment. Filed a complaint with OHFA and figured they'd arrange another inspection to clear stuff. I found this out from my caseworker, OHFA has NEVER had an inspect failure, so they didn't know how to terminate the lease for someone that never ended up moving in. In the end, OHFA terminated the lease without an inspection (not our choice) and gave us a new voucher. Redbud refused to give us our deposit back (because we terminated the lease) despite them being at fault for not keeping up the OHFA standards. NEVER ever live there. Read More

Totally Remodeled 2 bedroom apartment. Great large Master Bedroom with a nice size walk in closet. Washer and Dryer hook-up in Utility room. Nice bathroom with entrance sinks on both ends of bathroom. Bathtub with shower toilet separated by wall to add little privacy from tub area. Conveniently next to the interstate I-40. Less than ten minutes from downtown O.K.C. Friendly and quiet community with security guards and and decent ten o'clock curfew for traffic hangout which there has not been… any even during the day. Excellent playground for children in eyes view of the apartments. Clean grounds kept cut and services weekly. Pool will be available soon grounds around it every neat.
