Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting

EVERY reason literally. Worst Service, maintenance is untrained and trashy, bugs, managers are worthless and don’t care. Can’t access my mail, fridge doesn’t work right, pictures online are absolutely not even close except their new gyn that you are charged for and no access.
