I was very happy to see that they replaced the toilets with New flush toilets. They also replaced the shower heads and the filters on all the faucets. i also had a maintenance issue and they fixed it right away. They are very nice and very responsive. I have been here going on 1 year. I would recommend to anyone and I have!!!

Both the manager and I’m guessing assistant manager are both really nice they went through the entire process with us and made sure we had everything we needed! The apartments are newly renovated and really nice plus they added washers and dryers in each apartment unit! playground for the kiddos on the premises!

The studios are perfect they had a washer/dryer Very spacious and never had any issues here except the dogs All in all its good for the price and it's right next to the lake..

Been living here for about 9 months and it's been ok I just renewed my lease for another 9 months the locations is great and the amenities are good too saving myself on gym fees for sure .
