Wonderful

This is by far the Best Pl., I’ve ever lived everything inside is super nice and modern very cozy and energy efficient! My electric bill was only around 35 to 40 bucks a month!! Even though I generally always left my kitchen light on

Worst Apartments

This apartment complex honestly deserve no stars. First off, there are barely any parking spots. So if you get home late you basically have to figure it out yourself. Even if you park in a spot that isn’t blocking anyone, you’ll have the property manager, Elisabeth, banging on your door and rudely demanding you to move it WITH AN ATTITUDE. The management is highly disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. The walls are paper thin so you can literally here every word the people next door are… saying, their TV, and their dogs barking late at night. Management does nothing to help accommodate their tenants. I have never had an experience as bad as this. If you want rude property managers, no parking to where you PAY to live, and paper thin walls and ceilings then Sandstone Ridge is the place for you!

1 year resident & just renewed my lease

This apt has been my favorite...ever. The sunlight I get in the large windows (2nd floor) lights up the whole LR. High vault ceilings are a plus. New/gently used stainless steel/black appliances. The A/C unit is on an auto 75 degrees, works perfectly and I love it. The master bedroom is LARGE. W/D in ONE of the closets. There's a Large bathroom in my master bedroom (with another spacious closet and cabinets in that bathroom). The hallway has a built in desk and another closet.
Management and… maintenance are beyond fantastic. The pictures on this site is actually how my apt was exactly! The neighbors mind their business. I absolutely love the area. I've never encountered any drama.
I have pets and they love it as well. I have neighbors with dogs, and I've never heard them through the walls (i have heard them outside) but I'll use that as an example that I've really hardly every heard a peep from my neighbors, kids, pets...

I signed another 1 year renewal on my lease without hesitation.

No downside for me personally

My Stay

What can I say about Sandstone Ridge but it was nothing but AMAZING! The office staff was friendly and the upgrades are FANTASTIC. The pictures posted here are not deceiving at all. I wish I could had stayed but being laid off from my job and moving out of state forced me to leave when my lease was up. My family and friends loved it and it is easy access to two major highways in the OKC area. Lake Hefner is not far as well as Penn Square Mall. If you are looking for a place to stay and a… friendly staff, look no further. Sandstone Ridge is up and coming and pretty soon, everyone looking for an apartment will want to stay at this GEM.
