If you contact the front desk, and it’s an AI that answers, what do you do??? No worries!!! The Cottages @ Hefner Road have real people answering! This is especially important if you have an urgent repair work that needs to be fixed asap.

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach--no hold times. They responded quickly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Would highly recommend The Cottages@Hefner Rd.

I’ve called multiple apartments. This is one of the few that doesn’t use a call center, which is great, bc I prefer the quick feedback instead of waiting for the call center to route your info and then waiting for them to call you back
