Black mold

Had to move out early due to management’s improper handling of black mold in our apartment. Office staff threatens you when you call.

Worst. Apartment Agency. Ever. Do not move here!!!

I have lived at the Links for a while now, and I have hated the last half of the year living here. Some new residents have moved in during that time, and they have been consistently extremely loud almost everyday/night. I only get like 4 hours of sleep a night due to them blasting their music during quiet hours, which is 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.

We have tried calling the front office about it multiple times during the times when they were loud (which was usually around 11 p.m.-2 a.m.), and they… said that they can't do anything about it when it says in the lease that residents have the right to enjoy the comfort of their homes in peace and quiet. We have also tried talking with the residents to address the noise issue, and they said they would stop. In the end though, they did not care and still played their music at unreasonable hours.

If you want a quiet and peaceful environment, then STAY AWAY FROM THE LINKS!!! YOU WILL NOT EVER GET GOOD QUALITY SLEEP!! THE STAFF AND THE RESIDENTS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU HERE!!!!

Great Starting Place to Live

I have been at the Links for almost a year now, and I have enjoyed my time here so far. The only inconvenient thing I'd say about this place is that it's kinda far away from everything, but it's a nice and quiet area for a reasonable price.

Do not move here

I should have read the reviewd before i signed a year lease. These 2 months have been horrible. I will most likely break my lease. The apartments are dated and not well maintained. They have a wood frame so the floor creaks LOUDLY with every step the upstairs neighbors take. Ths plaster on the wall and ceiling is peeling. Half the appliances are new and the other half need to be replaced. New stove and microwave but the fridge and washer and dryer need to be updated. There are broken down cars… in the parking lot. Maintenance came to my apartment for routine check and left my door unlocked when they left. The apartment was dirty when i moved in the only thing they replaced was the carpet. And theres so much more. The size of the apartment is great and the convenience to Broadway extension is the only good thing about this complex.
