Don't Bother Moving Here
Please don’t ignore the negative reviews like I did. These apartments suck. For them to be “renovated” something is always wrong. And for something to always be wrong, their communication is terrible - nobody ever answers the phone, emails, nothing. And don’t bother putting in maintenance requests because those won’t get addressed for WEEKS. The only good thing I can say about this complex is that it’s quiet, and that’s only when your neighbors aren’t letting their kids play and scream right in... front of your window or blasting their music.

Don't waste your money
This apartment complex looks good from the outside. It's a small community and the units are cute (at least the remodeled ones). Unfortunately, the happy feelings don't last long. Within the first week, you will learn that you are surrounded by inconsiderate people, both residents and employees--the maintenance guy is particularly awful. I have never had a perfect living experience in an apartment complex, but all I have had in this place is issues that apparently cannot be solved. ... Management will not even address them, so don't bother asking. I have lived here a year and a half, and I cannot wait to move out.

Nice neighborhood
Moving in was not pleasant, when moving in our AC was broken. It was almost 90 degrees in the apartment, not good conditions to be moving into. Our ac had frozen up due to someone coming in and setting it to a low temperature. That in turn caused a leak in our kitchen ceiling and a huge mess on our floor. So basically for the first two days we were unable to move anything into the kitchen. This was all very frustrating but they did end up fixing it the next day. The reason this was so... frustrating was the fact that our move in date was the 5th but we did not end up moving in till the 11th. The walk through was done 9th the AC was broken and was on the list to be fixed, so we moved expecting it to already be done. They have been quick to respond to all work requests so far and our AC has been working wonderfully now. The location is wonderful, the neighborhood is quiet and there is not much foot traffic around. It is right by the turnpike which is a plus, overall I guess the pro's outweigh the cons. My rating would have been better if moving in had gone smoother but hopefully over time my rating may change.

Do NOT live here!
I had water leaks that were never fixed, constant maintenance problems, resident issues of fighting, loud music that was not addressed. The staff was rude, Crystal the "office manager" was hostile and highly unprofessional and the remodel is cheap!
