Terrible maintenance for what you have to pay monthly

The maintenance group must be on an 8hr schedule and don’t fix anything until you have to put in multiple requests half my appliances don’t work properly A/C has been out for 3 days and counting I would be extremely embarrassed if was apart of this so called team can’t wait until my lease is up spend the extra money for better service don’t stay here!!!

Roaches Galore

13 maintenance request in one month, majority of them not fixed even though they say they are completed. Professionally sprayed 3 times, along with my own spraying daily

Wonderful Experience

From the application process to moving in was very professional and streamlined. Absolutely a great experience and Jordan, my leasing agent was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I love my apt and I would highly recommend The Greens in Owasso.

The Greens of Owasso

I have lived in my apartment for 4 years. Overall the property is very well maintained and is convenient to my work and my son's school. The only problem at the current time is the general managers. They have a tendency to treat the tenants as second class citizens. Disrespect is the norm from these married managers. The layouts of the apartments are very well thought out with plenty of storage and all appliances included . The pricing is in line with local costs, I would rate these… apartments as a good value.
