Improved Complex has made improvements, especially on ppl cleaning up after their dogs. New site manager David is more personable than previous managers. There's still room for improvement, especially when it comes to driving in our little parking lot would like to see a crackdown on it. I would love to see speed bumps put at the three way between Aldi and dollartree, to deter speeding. Would like a small gym so I don't have to worry about potentially getting run over by speeding residents.... Would most definitely love for my rent to stop going up 75 to $100 every year although the average person in Stillwater does not make enough to afford increases. I also would like to have it to where we have more grills pads close to the residents that way we don't have to go out away from my apartment just to enjoy grilling but still adhere to the 10 foot rule. Have been here for three years. Can always get the property manager. Maintenance issues solved same day. Never had any problems.

Have rented here for 3 years. Property manager is never there, doesn’t return call and loses rent payments!
