Nice apartment community

The rent is one of the most affordable in local apartments.
The office manager is incredibly nice, almost like having an extra mom.
The pool is beautiful.
They are up-front about half of the deposit being non-refundable.
The apartment has very little storage space, but they also operate a storage unit rental property.
The property is back into a wooded area, which keeps traffic down.
So in my opinion this is a nicer complex overall than most.
