Chapel Ridge of Stillwater

This is one of the worst apartment complexes In Stillwater. They don’t ever fix anything let alone they leave you all weekend with no hot water, no heat, no working stove. And that’s is just disrespectful and very unprofessional. So please don’t move here

They have building issues with the windows and within 3 months mold was growing in every room of my apartment! If you have asthma or any serious medical conditions this is not the place for you. They also have an issue with roaches. They sprayed several times but still the roaches where everywhere.

New management took over more than a year ago and it is SUCH a better place to live! A fence is now around the property and the new management responds promptly to any concerns. I absolutely love my apartment and the new management!

A year into my two years living here, a new management company took over and proceeded to screw up many resident's accounts. We were rarely given receipts for our rent and there has never been a pay online option with this place. Out of nowhere, almost every resident was issued a final notice with a bill of however much money was missing from their accounts. My roommates and I were given a notice that we owed nearly $1,200 in back payments even though we had never missed a payment. After finding… proof that we had paid, we thought everything was fine. Last week, we were called back into the office and were told that our balance was back up to $1,200. They had failed to fix a few of the months we proved were fine. My roommates and I had to pay more money to prove that we were innocent. The office is never open and the office manager is disrespectful.
I used to love living here but since the change in management, I can't wait to move out. Read More
