I’ve been living at Midtown for less than 6 months, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Maintenance requests take weeks to address, and common areas are often dirty. Communication with management is poor—they rarely respond to emails or calls. Additionally, there is never any WIFI, and if you ask about the status of it being fixed you get no answer and are told that it "is not our problem", there is also a heavy stanch of weed in the mornings. While the location is... convenient, the overall quality and service do not justify the cost.
