I’m really liking it so far. Compared to my friends who are living elsewhere in Stillwater, Prime Place is pretty nice. The units are clean and so are the amenities.

I just moved in and am making good progress on making myself comfortable. A couple things I have to say is I can not find a form on the app for maintenance. There is a tab for it but when you tap it, there’s nothing. Also a lot of bugs when I came in but I live in the basement level so. Also my light gave out. Overall I’m comfortable

I've absolutely loved living at this apartment! From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive—they go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and heard. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is a huge plus.
The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the modern touches and thoughtful layout—it really feels like home. The community is quiet... and welcoming, and the amenities (like the pool, gym, and common areas) are always in great condition.
The location is another big highlight—close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to major roads, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience here. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and pleasant place to live!

Overall pretty straight forward and easy going living. Maintenance request take pretty long but i’m sure they’re just understaffed. Noise from the parking garage would be my biggest complaint at the moment

I visited my partner a lot before we took the big step of moving in together, and I had a great experience! The only thing I'd add is the ceilings are thin, like we can hear the guy above us but not the people beside us! But that's just how appartments work!
