Long time resident. Love my apartment

I have been an apartment dweller most of my adult life. The Village is my 3 residence and I finally found a place to call home.
The Manager and her staff are excellent. They always return my calls and my questions always get answered. The maintenance and ground keepers are polite and friendly.
The pool and clubhouse are really nice, and they have a dog park that my husky loves. If you're looking for a new home I'd say look no further.

Manager breaks contract on help

Whenever you have a problem the Manager well not actually address any issues especially if they involve another neighbor. It is getting to the point that the real reason the rent keeps going up is because they won't kick out people who literally dirty up the apartments and wreck them. The internet here is absolutely terrible, it is close to the legal speed that the government will allow.

Terrible manager

The manager is terrible, they don't help you with horrible neighbors unless someone is firing a gun. The internet is almost as slow as legally allowable by the government standards. The rent on this place keeps going up because the manager will NOT get rid of trashy/destructive people even when maintenance notices things like holes in the wall or trash everywhere in the apartments.

Love it!

My husband and I have been living her for some time now and we love it!! They are one of the few apartments that allow pets. Which was a big plus for us. They have a walking trail we like to walk our dogs on. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They even have community events every month. The apartment itself is very spacious and luxurious, with a big closet, black appliances, hardwood floors, and a washer and dryer!! The price we pay is definitely reasonable for such nice apartments and… community!

Love my apartment!

I just moved in and i must say that I absolutely love love love my apartment! It has hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen, the appliances are black, it has a courtyard view overlooking the sand volleyball court. The office staff is amazing. They made the whole process so easy! Thank you to Christi, Cheryl and Jessica for making me feel so welcome in your office. Yesterday was Pie Day and they served lots of different pies in the office for free. This weekend they're doing green cookies… for St. Patricks Day. I really think i will be here for a long time! I just love it!
